Below is "The Moving & Storage Process" to better educate you on the steps taken
to ensure a safe and efficient move.

TO GET STARTED
First contact our office and discuss your moving
and/or storage needs with one of our trained staff so we can either
provide you with a quote over the phone or we will send a representative
to your home or business to provide you with a free on-site estimate.
Upon cost approval we will schedule your move to best accommodate your
time frame.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Make sure you have a “go bag” with everything you will
need while your belongings are in storage or in transit. This is to
ensure that none of your necessary items are accidentally packed on the
day of your move.

Clear all walkways and/or driveway of debris, toys, cars,
etc to save time when our team is arriving. |
|
| Please contain your family pets during the move, for their
safety as well as ours.

DAY OF MOVE
As the crew is setting up for the day’s move you will walk
the property with the crew chief to discuss any special requirements or
directions you may have regarding your belongings. |
|
|
The crew will pack, wrap, and move your belongings as
specified on your estimate. Each box will be expertly packed to best
utilize the space and safety considerations of personal items. Your
furniture will be wrapped individually in a breathable polyester
furniture pad to ensure that your items remain in the same condition as
they started.

If called for we will write a detailed inventory of the
items as your receipt. If moving into our on-site storage facility this
inventory will help us locate specific items that may have to be located
at a future date. |

After packing and wrapping your belongings, they are then
carefully and skillfully carried out of your home individually and
loaded safely into our trucks. |
|
|
Your items are then placed in the truck, strapped and
secured down firmly, again to ensure there is no damage done to your
belongings during travel time. |

|
Once back at our facility, there will be storage
containers waiting for your items to be stored in.
|

|
Our moving crew will then carefully unload the truck(s)
and place your wrapped, protected belongings into the storage
containers. |

|
When the truck(s) have been fully unloaded, and your
belongings are securely placed into your storage containers, they are
then closed up, sealed shut, and tagged with the customer’s name
accordingly.

From that point, your sealed, tagged storage containers
are picked up by the forklift and put into a designated area
specifically arranged for your items. |
|
|
Our facilities are a temperature-controlled environment
that is fireproof and totally secure. Our warehouse is under 24 hour
video surveillance for your confidence, and the protection of your
belongings.
